Default True-Track - How to contact them(UPDATE

Does anyone know how to contact anyone at TRUE-TRACK other than the website 818 number and email?

I made 6 attempts since last week to contact these guys and only I got 1 response and I wasn't home so the wife took the message. When I called that same day all I get it's that stupid recording. I've called at all time of the day and all I get is the voicemail message.

I've attempted:
Voicemail
Page to my number via voicemail
email

It's now going on day 15 since my order and I've received no confirmation on the order. My paypal was charged so they have the cash. But to date NO product.

For those who ordered this item, how long did it take for you to get your parts?

I'm getting a tad concerned about this since they openly advertise on this forum.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

UPDATE: Wanted to let everyone know that I was able to contact them and the gentlemen I talked to began to apologize multiple times the minute he heard my name. He shipped the stuff out that evening and should be arriving here in the next couple of days.
Just wanted everyone to know. The main reason was that show they had gone too and he got seriously back logged with emails and voice messages.
I'm a VERY happy camper now!!

Cheers

I ordered mine last summer on a Saturday, used Paypal and received the unit USPS on Tuesday. I'd be concerned too if I were you. They did all right by me and I love their product. I believe them to be reliable and something must have come up. But that's no excuse for not answering emails or phones. Maybe someone near LA can cruise over and check it out for you.

For more information or purchase one of these units contact Devin at 818-445-6204, or True-Track.com. Tell him you heard about it from Bikernet.com

Thank you Geno,
I called the number you listed and it rolls to the same voice message as the other 3 numbers I've called. Options are:
1.) Leave Voice Message
2.) Page them

I have done both 4 times each and now there website isn't responding for me and I know it's not me as I can get to any other website without an issue.

If they ever call me back, I'll certainly reference bikernet.com. If anyone else reading this thread has some known way of contacting TRUE-TRACK, please ask them to call me ASAP. They should have my number in the 8 different times I've left it for them. I'm in South Seattle.. so Area Code is 253.. they should know from there.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Called this morning, but did not leave a message. Get a call back in 2 minutes from Will, the owner of True Track. They are in Indy at a trade show and will be home to California, Wednesday morning. I think he will get back to everyone that left messages as soon as he is home.
