Hey guys just a little warning about MorePoweRacing.com, they have good prices but thats about where the good stops. I ordered some V&H fishtail tips and some other small things on Saturday. I noticed that my credit card was immediately charged and received a confirmation email however I never received an email saying my items where shipped. I checked in online to see what the status was and my account wasn't even in the database. I called up on Thursday and asked them if the items had been shipped, the lady said to me "yeah we see your order but we got a lot of orders this weekend and haven't gotten to all of them yet?" What?????? I told her well then why the heck did you charge my card if you didn't get to my order yet? Ridiculous right. Im gonna give them one more day and then call it quits by reversing the charge with the credit card company.

Bottom line, I will never use MorePoweRacing again, just a warning.

Sorry to hear that man. I just ordered some V&H Longshots, and the day I ordered they called me and told me that they were on the truck. They showed up in great shape, with all parts, anda day earlier than tracking originally said. But give em hell till you get your stuff. Let us know what happens I am about to order a fuel pak.

 

Finally got an email today saying that they have to get some items from different warehouses and that it would be another couple of days. I told them that it was a good business practice to keep your customers informed so that they dont wonder what happened.........the drama continues

 

Thank God I do business in Europe. Over here, as I tell the staff..... The customer is ALWAYS, ALWAYS wrong. Lol

Why? Because the customer don't have Surf Shops, and don't deal in Surf stuff 24/7.

This is, of course; if I'm in disagreement with them. Now, If I agree with the customer, naturally; they're always right.


Anyhow, to the point, why don't you just cancel your order and place it with another company? Hmmm,......... but this'll wast more time, you'll pay a higher price and probably get the same credit card charge on ordering.

They're cheap for a reason, probably because they don't employ staff too far over their capacity.

And from time to time they get ////.......busy........ and maybe they have a girl off sick or maybe their computer system crashed or whatever.

Reading this thread title; I thought it was some sort of Nigerian Ebay scam.

 

Sorry to hear about your dissapointment with More Power. I ordered a V.H. Big Shot Long Exhaust system from them, it was delivered in a timely fashon with no problems. I ordered a set of quiet baffles with the same out come.

 

The saga continues.... I received an email from morepoweracing saying that they didn't receive the parts and that they couldn't complete my order. My credit card was still charged the money however, no refund was given yet. So it took them 10 days to tell me that they couldnt complete the order.....

 

Teah I get this sometimes when ordering am car parts from summitt/jegs they charge and get there money then see if they even have part. If not
you just have to wait or cancel, but by the time you get credit they got to hold that money 20-30 days. Now if you do this on a large enuf scale .......
