Where to get a patch?
I friend recently died (long medical history). He had been a biker before his health problems and always enjoyed talking about my bike, riding etc.. When he died his wife found a vest that he had from his riding days. I wanted to get a patch made in memory of him to put on the vest. Any suggestions on where to get one of those made? Thanks in advance

I usually go here ... no minimum patch order. The Tombstone patches are approximately 3.25 x 4.25 high

She is a little old biker lady located a little North of Milwaukee in Port Washington. You can choose your own colors besides what's on her website.
Here is a sample of what she did for an old friend of ours from the Hogs & Dogs Riding Group ... who died from leukemia about two years ago.
Sorry to hear about your loss.

Often, memory patches are produced in bulk. A good friend or family member will organize an event in remembrance, sell the patches and raise other funds with proceeds going to the family or a charity the deceased supported.

Take a patch, any patch from his vest [ with his Ladies permission] and wear it with pride. Only you need to know what it means.
May he rest in Peace.

Thanks for all the input. I will check out those sites. The vest has no patches, just a plain black vest. I am going to get the patch and wear his vest with his name. Thanks again, lots of good advice.

At the Atlanta Motorcycle Show there was a booth were a fellow was making custom patches. He made one for me. Took him about 5 minutes and has all the necessary blank patches and the machine right there. I'm sure other shows will have someone similar.
