i am replacing the horn on my 2007 electra glide classic with a air horn
i need to remove the rubber mount ...i dont want to break the mount or the stud and shop book does not have info on how that comes off
any help ?

 

Go with the Custom Dynamics 3 ridge air horn. Unbolt the original horn, disconnect the wires, reconnect the wires to the air horn, and mount the air horn using the original bolt with a touch of lock tight. One wrench, & 10 minutes tops! I ordered my airhorn on a thursday morning with regular shipping, and it was sitting on my front porch the next afternoon when I got home from work. Good prices & great service just can't be beat!

It willl come off...I got mine off with a large pair of channel locks... what the hell type of locktite they used on it I have no idea...

 

i dont know what they used...used a channel lock and that twisted it right off the back mount ...so now not sure what to do ..might have to take off the mount all together to get it off from the weld nut
