What is the Sylvania Silver Streak part# for a headlight bulb ('99 FLHT)?

Silver Streak was a Mel Brooks movie lol! If you mean Sylvania SilverStar, the number is 9003.

Thanks for the replies. Low beam stopped working and when i ohm'd out the Silver STAR lamp it was good. Put it back together and it worked. Will pick up a spare next time at the Auto Parts store. Asked for the number on the forum because I thought that I was going into town earlier. Thanks again.
