I have been to china over a dozen times and have seen all this and more. The quality can range from absolute crap to very good. Are they Authentic Harley, no , are they close , yes, You are taking a chance and it is really a pain to exchange if you have to.
i would guess they're genuine, and is a chinese knock off of a chinese product really a knock off? probably made in the exact same factory, maybe they leave off a label or something.
if i were looking for an HD jacket i would probably give it a shot, call them i bet you can get it cheaper. you're not going to get burnt for too much money if it were fake.
I have been buying stuff off the net for years with no problems until I bought a radiator from ' Radiator Express' . I got the radiator and it had a broken off filler spout. The fragments were not in the box and the box did not appear to be damaged enough to expect it. When I called them they told me they had already filed a claim with Fed Ex. Either they are Big Brother, or they are crooked as he!!. I know this has nothing to do with this site you are looking at, But I think it's hard to know for sure with any of these sites. I wish they could get a workable rating site that you could trust to deal with these issues. I still do not have my credit on the card I used for the Radiator purchase.
I'm seeing a batch of seconds that will probably blow out on the back side the first time you put the jacket in a bind. Seconds are just that. As always, you can hardly believe anything that's not right in front of you. So I recommend purchasing from a local retailer. If their are any issues with a given product, recourse is much easier. Theirs also the satisfaction of knowing some of your hard earned money stays at a local level. Just keep your eyes out for sales.
Yeah, this site really looks like one I almost pulled the trigger on until I found what I was looking for on Craig's List. The site I was looking at was www.dhgate.com
I read a ton of reviews about the site, and if you're careful, you can get what you are looking for. Plus, they offer escrow, so I felt a bit safer. I never used it though, so I can't vouch for it. I do know this, never gamble with more than you can afford to lose.
JC-
Having been to multiple middle eastern & asian countries in my military stint, I can say that the locals can reproduce just about anything if you give them a sample. The talent is AMAZING. The economy is very different there, so the price you pay depends on the quality of the materials used. I can say the same as someone said before: Quality can be good or bad... you're taking your chances over the internet either way.

Hell I just dropped $360 at the dealer for a jacket ($400 minus 10%) and when I got it home my daughter pointed out where a seam wasn't sewn properly and there was a gap between two sections of the leather so....back to the store so they could order another one. (probably from one of the sites listed in this thread)
AliExpress is an arm of alibaba, a very old (in internet terms) and mature company. They help suppliers in china connect with buyers in the US.
The reason no CC is because CC is very insecure and most US card processors won't authorize chinese merchants because of China's government.
At any rate, Merchants on AliExpress are all vetted and wouldnt' last a day if they were ripping people off.
That said, you should inquire about shipping costs and pay attention to minimum order qty.
I've done a fair amount of research when I was dealing with bulk overseas shipments, that's how I got to know alibaba.com
Btw before you knock the chinese suppliers there, take a look at the tags in your official Harley Davidson clothing out of curiosity. The stuff I bought (shirts and the like) all say China... Never bought a jacket.
