Anyone have to call ACC and get them to send a different thickness pad?
I received my ACC helmet on Friday (after almost 8 weeks) and it's too small. They put a note in the box that said they send all helmets with the same thickness of pad but, they have a thinner pad and a thicker pad available. And, that you can call and get a different pad at no additional charge. I'm going to call them today but, I'm wondering how much difference the thinner pad is going to make. Anyone have any experience with this?

My helmets been on order for 3 weeks now from ACC. They said that they were running short of the thinner liners and as soon as they were complete, they would be sending them out. I'd call for a little re-assurence though.
Talked to the folks at ACC this morning. As someone already mentioned they were running short of pads. She said she was going to send me three pads. I got the impression she meant three of the thin pads, which didn't make a lot of sense. She must have meant she was sending me three pads of different thickness.
