Been down with slipped disc in back!!!
Hey guys,...........man,...I finally got back in the saddle a little while yesterday. It was like brand new all over again. Feeling the torque pin me back against the backrest when I rolled on the throttle.Absolutely exhilarating. I've been out of work for about three weeks with a slipped disc in my back,.....finally feeling a little better,..and back at work.
Here's a general update for yall:
Yes I'm still not smoking!
Diet is still good.
No,..I didnt slip the disc working out,....I did it digging up a pipe in the yard.
Other than yesterday,...haven't ridden much in three weeks,....now I know how Bluerose felt with her driveway,...waiting for the bike,...geeese that sucks.
What have I missed in the last couple weeks? Anything good I need top check out in the forums?

Man,...I've been on some good drugs,....whew,......diazapam(valium),..loratabs,. ....some little yellow things?....oh yeh (nymbatrol)?
I can see how someone could get hooked on this $hit real easy. Makes for a real gooooooood day when you take all that.

Glad your feeling better....Don't over do your back give it plenty of time to heal up or you'll just make it more permenant...You REALLY don't want that.
