Is the fold-up Harbor Freight trailer any good?

As several have already mentioned, it would be better to go with the heavier capacity trailer with the 12" wheels. I have assembled a few of them for friends and they are pretty good bang for the buck.
A few suggestions regardless of which trailer you get.
First, repack the bearings with a good quality grease as all they have been packed with is low quality panda $hit from the country of origin.
When you do the wiring, throw away those little blue wire tap connectors and do a proper solder connection with heat shrink. It would also be a good idea to make separate ground connections on both halves of the folding part of the trailer instead of on the tongue - you can lose continuity on the pivot points and cause you all kinds of problems with the lights. Don't ask how I know....
Finally, keep an eye on the wheel bearings if you store it outside as water seems to get in around the wheel seals and rust out the bearings.
Enough of my babbling - good luck with your choice!

I got the one with 12 inch tires and use it to haul my John Deere lawn tractor. I have only had it up to 50 mph, but it handled that perfectly. Low cost + decent capabilities = works fine... mine is two or three yars old now... no issues. So far, I hae not had reason to put my Springer onto it, but I think it would handle it just fine.
I AM planning to invest in an enclosed trailer in the near future to act as a mobile garage for both my Springer and my JD.
