So I was at Lone Wolf today and got some more info. Turns out Lone Wolf bought the inventory of Shumate (Spokane and Lewiston stores), however Latus still owns the building on Trent. So Lone Wolf is still trying to work out a deal for the building. They have the rights from MOCO to sell in Spokane, but it's now a matter of real estate

i guarantee you latus wants knothing to do with that place his shop here in portland is a shell of itself, one service writer, hardly any inventory, and service is a joke, its a damn shame, but the best place to go now is in beaverton a suburb of ptld paradise h.d. they are now head and shoulders above latus
