Thanks guys! Between working at a conservative office and having a four year old to be dropped off and picked up from daycare each workday, my husband and I have pretty much been busted back to weekend warrior status. It sucks but won't last forever. I'm envious of you who get major seat time.
70 here today & I took a solo ride in the afternoon & then met up with 5 buddies & took a 3 hour spin this evening. Great to be riding without the cold!
Georgia girl, it def was a great day for a putt. I live south you in LaGrange and bikes was out in droves. Myself and a friend rode down to Columbus for lunch and ran into two more friends. Then we headed north east to Warm springs. Went over the mountain in Pine Mountain, was almost at the finish and was held up along with about a ton of other folks. A person on a crotch rocket wrecked (no details that we know of). Had to wait until med-a-vac helicopter picked him up. Besides that....what a wonderful day !
Hey artz, hate to hear that about the crotch rocket guy. Wonder if he was pushing it too fast through there. Those big sloopy curves along the mountain really make you want to gas it but, as you know, there's quite alot of traffic through there when the weather's nice like today with people driving slow, hikers, and bikers and horseback riders too. Gotta be careful.

Georgia Girl you hit it on the nose, absolutely beautiful today for a long ride in GA. Only one problem, after spending a great deal of the day out riding, the sun, which seems to be a novelty here anymore, let me see just how dirty the RK was. Well, at least it was great getting to ride and then being able to clean the old girl out in the drive. Now back to rain...

Too funny and so true as when we stopped for gas and were out in the bright sunlight, I noticed how dirty my white walls were. Usually I clean before I ride but wasn't going to waste part of a beautiful day for that today.
goin to union hotel in MD tomorrow. comin from NJ with my wife. her first long ride on her sporty. supposed to be nice here. it's her first bike. lovin it.
