Where do you get "killer waiting to happen"?

He was a friggin' distracted driver (no different than all the texters and phoners). Guilty, by his own admission. But his driving record didn't look bad at all for a trucker.
My dad drove over the road for 20 years and didn't have that many violations on his record....

Nice try at excusing this dude's obviously shitty driving habits....

Rumor has it that there is video of the incident from the Walmart parking lot security cameras.

I wasn't excusing anything, I was just correcting a lie that was posted about him.

Dude was guilty of distracted driving. He admitted it. What was there for me to excuse??????? You are kidding, right?????

One speeding ticket does not make "killer waiting to kill". If it did, then you guys better not ride in front of me, cuz I had two in the last few years! He he!

I wasn't excusing nothing. Just calling out the false info that was posted.

I don't recall constantly updating my son, when ever I got a ticket.

BTW,.... in this case the "that many" wasn't many. Poor choice of words.
Only one of them was a moving violation. My record has two.
I guess I am a killer on wheels. He he!

You see some silly *** chit on these boards!

Truck driver was and is responsible for what happened. I am glad I don't have to sit in judgment of his actions. That will be done in a court of law and no matter what his punishment a lot of people will not be satisfied. I don't know what would be fair because no punishment changes what has happened. Nothing will undo what has happened and this may only serve as a reminder of what can happen. I personally hate sitting at stop signs and red lights because it makes me a sitting duck waiting for harm to come run me over.

Sure do. Like a guy excusing someone that has an obvious record of inattentiveness to his equipment and his driving....

I think the point was he had been ticketed for things not related to driving and that didn't contribute to the crash. I once got a ticket for not having a charged fire extinguisher also. I came upon a car fire and put it out. As that was taking place a cop pulled up asked to see my fire extinguisher and gave me a ticket for not having one fully charged and ready to use! The truck scales will write you a ticket if you have a mechanical failure. If a light burns out for instance, then they will say it's because you didn't check it before you left. Cops are people, some are good and some are good for nothing, like the asshat that ticketed me for not having a charged extinguisher after I just used it on a car fire!! But, the driver is at fault for being an inattentive driver, lets just blame him for the wrong he did and let the rest be left alone is what I think the point was. He deserves some serious jail time, but not because he had an equipment violation that could have been anything, he deserves to be held accountable for his shitty driving that killed 4 ( hopefully that number won't increase ) people. He was lacking a fire extinguisher.

"He has an obvious record of inattentiveness to his equipment and his driving......". Holy ***! I am glad you ain't a judge in our court system!!!!

Again, I ain't excusing his behavior. He himself even admitted to it.

But to post stupid lies just to vent - well that is just girly.
I'd hate to be a fly on the wall when you argue with your wife. He he!

No fire extinguisher in his truck = "It was a killer waiting to kill!" bwahahaha!

Do you carry a fire extinguisher in your car? Huh? Do ya?
You must be "a killer waiting to kill!". Bwahahaha!

Friggin guy was out there making a living, and got sloppy and distracted.
He will pay dearly for hurting the innocent victims. He ain't even trying to get out of the punishment. He admitted to everything.

But don't go saying stupid **** like "his record was so bad he shouldn't be driving" cuz that is a flat out lie.

And don't say I am "excusing him" cuz I ain't. Neither is he.

We're not letting you off that easy. You should have had a charged fire extinguisher. You were a "killer waiting to kill" and should not be allowed to drive becuase your history was so bad you will likely run over a biker club.

He he! You know I am just kidding and relating your story to the earlier stupid posts.

His record! It was his record! He he!

As that was taking place a cop pulled up asked to see my fire extinguisher and gave me a ticket for not having one fully charged and ready to use!
The D.O.T. are dicks that way. I saw once where a guy had hazerdous cargo. He was at a scale getting his log book checked with a ciggarette in his mouth. They sent him to his truck to get something, then when he got back they wrote him a ticket for smoking within 50 feet of his truck.
The D.O.T. are worse than Marine Corps Drill Instructers. They have the worst power trips of mankind.

So when I seen the crash drivers record for no extinguisher, I just tied that to a "non violation". Silly petty **** that has NOTHING to do with your ability to drive.

"He's a killer I tell you!" he he! (He is as much a killer as every teenage kid with a cell phone).
