The rain in MA has been relentless.....nearly 15" for the month of March and 2nd highest single-month total on record! The highest was 17" back in August 1953. I've got ~1ft of water on my driveway (picture) between the house & the road, and numerous streams & debris across the roads. I'm hoping my bike'll float as the sun comes-out and the temps warm in to the upper 70's this weekend.

Sorry to hear about all of the rain you guys are getting back there, only good thing for you looks like your house is on a hill saw the news this am and the east coast is getting their butts kicked. Here in Nevada we are getting winter snow storms again wtf I thought spring was here. Who ever pissed off Mother Nature, I wish they would give her a hug.
Good Luck and ride safe.

Same problem here 66, let's hope that this doesn't mean we're in for another rainy start to the season (remember May and June last year? Horrible). We certainly deserve an extended streak of good, dry weather.

Look at the positive side No salt on the roads ! We have lots of salt on these roads

There's NO doubt that the salt is loooooooong gone. Unfortunately it's been replaced by sand, gravel, dirt, and all sorts of misc. run-off. Originally Posted by sqdealgeorge

Well that SUX, but it could have been worse.
If it had been cold enough to turn all that rain into snow it might look something like this.

Swimming to the neighbors is a lot harder.

It's been raining hard here in Vt. also but for the most part no flooding. Looking forward to the nice weather this weekend and maybe it will dry out enough for you to ride. See ya on the road!
