travroc beat me to it
that site is a good basic education of clubs, it is far easier and less stress full to look for and join an already established club there are tons out there.
there are alot of military clubs out there. the USMVMC has different branches within their chapters, probably suit you. you can start a chapter typically, if there isn't one close to your home town. usually, they have a mile range to determine if you'd be able to start one or not. check it out, and ask around.
Why not join one already well established? Be sure your well educated before you proceed, or you will certainly get an education.
Starting a club might be more of a hassle than you want to deal with. The 1%'ers in your area will most likely want you to be a "supporter" of their club if they don't have a problem with you establishing yourself in the first place. If you don't go that route, harassment may be an issue for your club members. Maybe you're okay with that.
As for joining an established club the rcvsmc website gives great info. Namely, it's a major commitment. From personal observation, depending on the club your level of commitment (or lack of) can seriously affect your lifestyle. That can be either good or bad.
Good luck.

Really do appreicate everyones help! I'm not looking to join/start a RC or anything of that nature. I'd perfer more of a MC. Come from a blood line of Outlaws. I'm NOT disrespecting them at all! Just looking to give blood (lots) sweat and tears for. I don't mind fighting for what I believe in as well
