Idle Speed??
I had this posted in the Tech area, but i wasn't getting any responces so I thought I would try here..
I have an 05 UC with the 88 engine, Rhinehart True Dual exaust, Stage 1 Kit and a PC. What should the idle speed be and is it something that I can adjust or do I need to go to a dealer
? According to the tach its now idling at 1100 rpms..Thanks

I know its a "window"....I have an 09 and I hate the fact that she idles at 1300 for about 3 minutes. A tuner said I'm on the high side of the window but still in spec.
He said leave it alone. The window went down to about 11oo or so or 1050 rpms...
He said guys who let their bikes LOPE on a real low rpm is not doing good for the engine due to the low oil presure the bike is subject to....
Ask your dealer or a good tuner to make sure what was told to me is accurate.
