drive belt
I noticed on the outside of the drive belt looking at the bike from the back it is wearing about three quarters of the way across what is causing that i checked for anything rubbing it cant find it.

Put your bike on a jack, about 6 inches off the ground, fire it up and put it in 1st gear. From the rear, observe the rotation of the tire in relation to how it sits in the rear fender. You should be able to tell if the rear wheel is not aligned properly. Then from the belt side of the bike, observe the belt to see if it is hitting anything. Also, check the slack in the belt.
