Bought mine long distance and sight unseen from an auto dealer. There were lots of pics from about every angle and I just fell in love with it. No matter how hard I tried to talk myself out of it I ended up buying it for a good price. I got lucky, there was not a mark of any kind on it and it runs perfectly. Not sure I'd reccomend that to anyone else and probably wouldn't do it myself again. It took almost a month before it arrived and I was a nervous wreck the whole time.

I would be hesitant about this, I agree about the plane ticket. Also, is this a good deal. I will be sellig my 2008 FLHT for the same price real soon...

I'm thinking what he is trying to say is the only state the matters in Texas, every other state doesnt mean anything

Yeah would never buy it sight unseen. I bought mine from a guy on e-bay 5 hours away in Illinois. Made all the arrangements drove down there and had no problems. But if something was wrong with it I would have left it there and drove home without it.

I bought a Busa off Ebay. Flew to Vegas and picked it up and rode it back. Now, this one was mint with -2000 miles. Thing is bad ***. I had a good experience, hope you do to.
