If Harley follows the last few years trend they will introduce them at the summer dealer meeting which usually takes place in late July. Is it Nashville this year? Not sure.
I have no idea what the changes might be. I do know they have really worked on the touring and Dyna line. The V Rod needs a change for sure. That engine would make a great sport touring mount but in a different frame. The engine should not be detured as so many generic brands do when copying Harley. The V Rod has an excellent engine now but needs a larger gas tank thus a different frame. We have all seen the mods with putting a Road Glide fairing on the V Rod and it looks great. Also needing an up date is the Sportster line. There the Buell performance V twin engine could find a home like the XR1200 did. More performance and maybe a bagger. Fossil

With the addition of the Nightster, Iron, XR1200, and the Forty-Eight, I doubt there will be any changes in the Sportster line-up for 2011.
