The Tmax will void your warranty because it replaces the factory ECM with an aftermarket unit. The dealer will have no problem refusing warranty work. Of course you can always spend $5-10,000 to hire an attorney and sue them and prove them wrong. So much for the Magnussun Moss warranty act. Otherwise, I would recommend you get the SEST or the TTS system and have the dealer dyno the bike if the warranty is a concern.

Thanks for the good thoughts and advice. I think he is convinced that the PC V is the way to go. Cheaper and can be removed if "necessary".

EdwardK unfortunately the Magnuson-Moss Act will not protect you because replaced an entire item. Especially, an ECM which is the brains of the bike and controls many functions. This I got from an attorney friend.
