I've seen this done before in my hometown to. Couldn't believe my eyes, kid head down texting on an older xs650, three cars behing him! Thank god they have outlawed all cell phone usage while driving in my area. If ur caught its 4 points of ur license and something like a 250 fine. Thank goodness!!!!!

My phone goes into my handlebar bag every time I climb on the bike. It doesn't come out until I reach my destination and I'm off the bike.
