I have the se slipons and I wouldnt pass, where is that sign? thats close to mine, Waterville.

They have those sign's in Cave Creek AZ..and there are soooooo many bikes up there,never seen a one pulled over for it,just a SCARY SIGN...wooh watch out

It's in Moses Lake. Fortunately the cops don't seem bent on enforcing it but I imagine given the right circumstances they would issue a citation.
