How Long?
Everything I have is always for sale.....
....IF...
THE PRICE IS RIGHT!
It's a machine, not an heirloom........
I don't get emotionally attached to 'em.......
When the time is right i'll "add to" or "remove from" my toy basket............

i don't 'plan' on keeping my bikes for a set period of time. but if something comes out that warrants an upgrade, then i'll do it. i thought i would have my sportster forever, till my wife bought my 07 road king as a retirement gift. thought i would keep that one forever, until i saw the 2010 road glide custom..... think i'll keep this one forever, or at least until........
i'll keep mine till someone offers me how much i have into it dollar wise. other then that she'll be sticking around for the duration, im actully hoping at least one of my kids will get teh chance to learn on her
Hell every bike I have ever bought I thought I would keep forever. I have sold a few over the years and totaled the one before this. Current bike I bought used. It has 45,000 miles on it and it's an 03 FLHT.

I've had my FLHRC about 2 months. It's my first Harley after having riden a Honda for a while. I plan on keeping this one a loooong time. Shopped extensively for it and crossed two states to pick it up. Plan on riding it a while.
Greetings,
Usually every two years or so I get tired of what I got and get something else. Now the Rocker C I had before my current bike was different...18 months was it. As far as mileage, they usually have between 20-25,000 miles on them.
