To each his own. I just went and checked out a few other items I just purchased. It wasn't hard for me to save over $50 on a $270 part with a different dealer. No one should be POed at you. This is business and nothing personal. If I know I can find the same products for less I'm going to buy them for less. That doesn't require much debate.

I think owning a retail business would be hard at times having to deal with unhappy customers. You can't please everyone.I guess if 90 something percent of your customers are satisfied, your doing something right.

I did find my AC for a little bit cheaper elsewhere, I told the doc that price, they matched it and actually went a little cheaper. Excellent company to do business with and they will get more of my business. 'bout to order some pipes for my dad's RKC and will be using them again.

I'm pretty sure we've come to the conclusion that Dr. VTwin is a very fair Sponsor to deal with. One person have a so called "Bad Experience" with them is no reason to bad mouth them against Forum Rules here on the open forum. They have nothing to hide so I'm not gonna pull this thread. I will however lock it. Please make sure you read the HDF Rules before you go telling 130,000 members not to buy anything from a Sponsor that helps keep this a free site.
