The reasoning is because it's a 3 part patch- top & bottom rocker with center patch might get you attention from any MCs. BUT IMO, since it's just a Harley Patch, it shouldn't be an issue. If it was for an MC, then you would have to deal with the dominant MC where you are.
I dont see a problem with it as there is no MC cube.
While one could see this as a three piece patch from a distance, the bottom rocker claims no territory, and when you are close enough to read it ....not a problem, its obvious what it is.
I wouldnt worry about it...UNLESS the Dom club in your area has a problem with it, in that case, come up with a new design.
