bluesmanjesse:

That comparison is a little twisted. Two classics compared to an ugly XJ 900 that has never been anything special. Instead, look at the 1969 Honda CB 750. A true classic and one of the most important motorcycles in history.

Boss hoss has 2 speeds, do you believe it will go faster than Vmax?
I am sure HP/pound of Vmax is much higher.

I had these in the recent past.

Now I have these. I have been riding since I was 15 and I am 70 now. I have owned most of the major brands over the past 55 years. I find the most satisfying all around motorcycles is the HD. I was really into the Buell but they are history. I have these now.

I agree, I've owned several bikes in my past, but the ride of a HD cannot be surpassed.
