Laydown plate question.
I recently bought a laydown plate on ebay. The auction said it fit three hole fenders but when I got the part the packaging says it fits all harley rear fenders 1955-96. Is there a difference in the bolt patterns from 96 to 04? I thought they were either three hole or two hole. My bike is at the paint shop so I can't go check to see if it fits. Anyone know if it will fit my 04 super glide?

When I asked him he said all he knows is it fit his 99 dyna. Which is 3 years later than the package says so he didnt really help. I just need to have the right one by the time we put her back together which is in a week or so.

If I were you would try the Dyna Spot in the Forum.. Got some good wrenches in there that am sure can answer, but I will risk saying no I don't think it will fit an 04 .. think the pattern was changed in 03 and that one should work ..
