I bought the trailer to haul the bikes if we needed to, or anyone else from my riding group if they break down. I also Haul stuff to the dump and move furniture when needed. The trailer has more than one use.
I just got back from a 1300 mile, 4 day trip on the bike from Texas through Oklahoma, Arkansas and back, with the wife.
Am I a poser? 29 Yrs in the US Army I doubt I pose at anything.
As you have to haul junk we can understand why you need a trailer. But as a person who rides daily I pull a trialer with my bike. I have no need to have my bike trailered I have road service for that stuff.

May want to visit your local recycle center. I bet you can find some worthy cabinets there...free of charge.
As far as judging the guy for using a trailer...I used to be that way. Always saying things like "Trailering is a sickness. Call 1-800-scared to ride" but then I was in a situation that if I didn't put my bike on a trailer and bring it with me I would have missed out on riding for a little over two months. I was in job training and stayed near the job which was over 100miles from home.
I'd love to be able to ride everywhere but there just isn't enough time.
Since most of the guys pickin at the OP aren't making any of his payments, he can do what he wants as long he's not harming children or animals in the process.
Good luck on your endeavor

Hey cadman, what's the longest time you have spent on the road? A few days, maybe a week or two? How about a couple of months? The former wife lives in DC area and I know her RK sits in the garage most of the winter. So I'm thinking unless you trailer you probably don't get much ridin' time in the winter.

Everyday for years I work riding my Harley at work. Some work days I can put 600 miles on my bike. Then other day just under 50 miles. I ride year around and rain or shine.
