If I remember right start your bike up and back off your throttle all the way and hold for a few seconds and your cruise control lite will go from yellow to green to enable it and do it again and it will go from green to yellow to disable it. I have read about it elswhere in the forum. You could do a search as I may not have it just right. I leave mine on all the time.

I have a 2008 Ultra. Simply roll forward on the throttle with the bike running. Hold five to 10 seconds and the cruise indicator will flash either green or red. Green means it is turnd on, red means it is turned off. If off and you want it on, release the throttle and immediately roll forward again and hold. This should toggle back and forth between on and off.
Note: Some of the early '08s did require a mapping update to enable user control of this feature and the re-mapping was free so most people had it done.
