So I've been riding all these years and never knew what a Aria Vector visor was. I still don't, and if someone makes a rude comment to you about it, tell them I said it was OK to go out without it.

anyway, i got over it and went without a visor and threw some sades on. went out to Dudley's and then into Julian. hit the S2 and came home. When we pulled into Dudley's a guy on a gold wing pointed to me and told his wife, "Look it's Evel Knievel." i parked my bike and told him when he buys a real American made bike and has some pride in his country then he can talk smack about my helmet... the wife told me later, he was only play, but i was still a little pissed i broke the dang thing....anyways, the wife and i had a good lunch and a great ride, even though i looked like a total dork.

Why do you think you look like a total dork because you don't have the visor to your helmet? I don't get it. I wear a FF all the time and only wear the visor when it's raining or very cold.

I understand you being frustrated that you damaged your helmet, but that's easily enough solved. I don't understand all these threads and comments regarding what someone else is or isn't wearing, or can I wear this? Why would you consider not riding because of it? Who cares what you look like or what you wear? When you have a problem you assess, adapt, and overcome and go ride. As long as it's not a safety issue, press on and enjoy the ride.
