Just got back from Sturgis
Holy crap. It was amazing. Partied too hard, spent too much money, got a lot of riding in the black-hills with Stro, Got sunburnt to a crisp, and partied too hard again. 835 new miles on the bike since Friday. I will post pics soon. Stay tuned.

Leaving at 5 am tomorrow. Hear that there are big crowds. Doing the 860 miles in one shot. My son is starting from Chicago on a 1K iron butt ride and I'll hook up on I-80 in Illinois. He will have over the 1K when he arrives in Sturgis.

Is where you go to see ALL the pics I took. Now, take in to account that I was there before the official start and the best pics are from the Full Throttle where nudity isn't allowed.
JW, it was a great time. I loved it. Everyone there was very mellow, no one was looking for trouble it seemed. Of course, I didn't go looking for that, I went to have a good time and buy "Grappy" souvenirs. I got lots of T-shirts, and other Sturgis shwag. The prices are ridiculous, but I knew it was going to be going in, so I expected it. Loved the bikes, babes, alcohol, and more babes. Saw lots and lots of 1%'ers, all mellow as hell as far as I could tell. Drank at One Eyed Jacks, Full Throttle, and the campground. Met some awesome folks from Saskatoon Canada, partied with them last night. Drove the seven hours home with a decent hang-over, and got sun-burnt as hell. So, all in all, A GREAT trip. Oh, and it wasn't very crowded at all until today.
