My best guess is that if a member of a real club sees you wearing an SOA T-shirt with or without a bottom rocker, he may think you're retarded, but he isn't going to think a fictional TV club is claiming his territory. Get a grip.
Well put!!! That's exactly what I was thinking.
Seriously, the only people that have ANY idea what a 3PP means are patch holders, some cops, and the people who read this forum. Most don't know, and the 1%ers know that most people don't know, and it's really not worth confronting a retard and drawing the attention of law enforcement because you beat up a retard for wearing an SOA shirt.
If I see somebody wearing that shirt with a bottom rocker, I'll snicker...So will most 1%ers.
I'm not going to explain why clubs treat that seriously but they do. I know it's a really dumb TV show and so does everyone else but they are essentially fake club colors and the wearer will be "asked nicely" to remove them.
I'll buy that might happen. The problem is now you have to explain to the offender "why" he can't wear it.....and as brenn so eloquently stated, it'll be like talking to a retard....Hardly worth the effort.
They have been on flea bay for awhile...I can't imagine anybody wearing one. What I find even more surprising is the new line of HD shirts that bear an eerily close resemblance to the skull and crossed pistons of the Outlaws MC logo.

Its been a long long time since I've even held a conversation with a patch holder, but that surprises me. My experiences tell me they wouldn't give something they know to not be real on some one they know to be a civilian a second thought. Times do change though.
My only intent for posting this originally is that I find it funny that a dealership would have these when the MOCO itself did not ever want to recognize the HA's. I guess anything for a buck!

Just really surprised to see it sold in a dealership.
It wouldn't surprise me to see the official licensed shirts sold at a dealership. They look nothing like a three piece patch. What really surprises me is that they are selling counterfeit t-shirts. A licensed Harley dealer could get into a lot of trouble selling this ****.
