I have read countless threads about people's dealing with the "stealership, blah blah blah", but rarely hear about the positive experiences.
I just traded my '10 FXDB for a '10 FLHX at my local dealer. The original bike was purchased there too. I won't bore anyone with the details, but I have experienced the best customer service you could ever ask for (best price on bike and parts, loaner bikes, ease of process, warranty issues, etc) .
Excellent deals were made on both bikes. With the FLHX, a salesman from another local dealer told me to, "Go for it. I can't touch that!" Co-workers that purchased their bikes elsewhere can't believe how well they have treated me.
Anyway, I just wanted to give the staff at Bellevue Eastside HD a little praise for their hardwork and excellent service. If you guys are out there, "Thanks for making my dreambike a reality. You have a customer for life!"
I posted something this week good about my local dealer. We do have a couple of dealers who aren't up to snuff. We also have a couple that are great and treat their customers like family.
