Talked with the local Harley service department and got the generic "We can't really tell you anything without checking the bike out, bring it in" I decided to try the $8 relay located on the right side under the side cover. I cleared the codes, installed the new relay, turned on the ignition, and hit the run switch. Fuel pump came on and it fired right up. Glad I found this forum and hope this helps others!

I the dealer nearest me wouldn't even do the 2 recalls unless I paid full price plus labor. They dont stock any parts and are 35% higher than I can order them. I'm trying in the morning the system relay and connections. 13,000 on an 07 never had a problem until crazy symptoms with fuel and pump and starting and running. Ordered a new pump with reg. And filter. I'll put my reply in the right place next time.
