Default 01 FXDL - Unknown Code on Startup

Hi everyone. First time poster here. Looking forward to getting involved!
I recently picked up a 2001 FXDL Low Rider and am getting an unknown code on startup. Its only up for a few seconds on most start ups, then goes off when the engine light goes off as well. The code appears to read 't7t7t.7' (image attached).

A little back story - Bone stock, with 5,500 miles on. I gave it a fluids service (Engine, Trans & Primary) after the ride back to NYC from Maine (amazing ride on all state roads). And i was going to run some errands. After about 20 mins of running it started to run very rough (as if starving for fuel) i immediately pulled over and cut the engine, checked the bike over and when i turned the ignition on this code came on for the 1st. I hit the button and the bike fired up fine, and ran as normal and it has ever since.

Before i take it on to get checked, does anyone have any info on this??? The bike is running fine and did 100mi without any problems since this.

Any help is much appreciated.
Jay

Never saw a code like that. But I don't know that much. It almost looks like a display malfunction. If the bike's running good I wouldn't worry about it.
Very nice looking bike. Congrats.

would have to see if there is anything in the 01 electrical
t is used for the tachometer which you do not have
i think there are 10 modes so 7 might be a mode number.
have you tried to pull the codes yet?
things have changed since the 01
could be a fluke.

well, could not find anything in the book. fact is, it mentions that the instrument module can interact with the tach but mentions zero dtc or anything else for the matter.
the rough running could be a cps but that is not the code for it for sure. is everything original to the machine, aka, no swapped out parts?

Thanks guys. Appreciate you looking Bustert.
I could not find anything that came close to resembling that code either. I do have a tach on my bike, and as far as i know, its all original.
If it is something interacting with the tach, then seems like it might not be that big of an issue right? As from what i have read, all trouble codes are sent out as a series of flashes of the engine lamp, not on the digital odometer for 2003 and older?

I did the start-up test on the bike - all banks were clr. And my PPU# is 84172.

Going to run the engine lamp diagnostic test on the bike this week and see if that brings up anything. Also just picked up new plugs and a battery.
All in, it might just be a display fault. As its a very strange code, and only comes up occasionally when the ignition is turned on.
