Default Road Tech Navigation Interface Module

Part #76000024 page 623 of the 2011 Harley parts catalouge.

Trying to install this on a 2010 Limited with a Zummo 665.

It will work with the Zummo and it will work with the Harmon/Kardon radio, but it will not interface between the two like it is advertised in the parts catalouge.

Has anyone had a successfull install with either a 660 or 665 Zummo?

It has me, the dealer and Harley stumped as to why it won't work.

Any guidance would be helpful right now.

Thank you in advance.

Kevin

did you ever get this resolved? I was wondering if it would allow me to play XM through speakers

I was told by my dealer, after they installed their first one, that navigation notifications work fine and interupt the normal radio function, but to use the Zumo as a music source you still must connect it to the aux input on the radio.

What a stupid way to do it for so much money.

Did you ever get it to work? I tried installing it on my Dad's 08 CVO today, Zumo works fine but it doesn't work thru the speakers as advertised.

He has the OEM navigation but doesn't like it 'cause he can't see the maps as on the Zumo. I'm gonna remove it as soon as I figure out how.

I heard, over on the Zumo forum, that the interface only works with the H.D. Roadtech version of the Zumo.

My $200 Garmin 755T works fine with HD Radio.
