RoadTech 665 and Navigation Interface Module Questions
I have a 2011 Ultra Limited at the dealer. They have installed the Navigation Interface Module with the Road Tech 665. None of us are 100% sure of how it's supposed to work. I'm the first customer to buy/install the two items.
1. Am I going to be able to listen to XM radio off the 665 and get turn-by-turn directions from the 665 at the same time?
2. Same thing with the bluetooth phone. Will an incoming call on the 665 mute the radio on the 655?
3. Am I going to have to run the 665 to the AUX port in order to do all of this? If so, this was a very expensive GPS and Interface Module for very limited functionality.

The interface allows you to listen to output from the radio (AM, FM, weather, CD, or satellite radio if you have the module) and those will be interrupted by directions from the GPS.
If you want to hear MP3's or satellite radio from the GPS, you will need to connect the GPS to the radio with a wire going into the auxiliary input and switch the radio to auxiliary. If you have the radio on auxiliary and use the GPS you will still hear the directions.
