3 bikes... what size trailer ?

3 bikes... what size trailer ?
ok ok please no crap here... normally I prefer to ride everywhere, but circumstances dictate that I am probably going to have to haul 4 bikes to Daytona in October. I am thinking I'll put one in the bed of my truck, but that still leaves 3 to haul somehow. I have a small 6x10 open landscaping type trailer but it'll only hold 2 bikes. My buddy has the same trailer but in 7x12, we're trying to figure out if we can squeeze 3 bikes on it... anyone know if 3 will fit, and if not, how big do I need to go?

You should be able to put 2 in the front and one in the middle in the back. The 7' wide would probably work better. Especially if your hauling baggers like yours. It will be an easy fit width wise, but you will probably have to put the rear bike pretty far up. I usually use this set up on my 6.5' x 14' trailer.

thanks... sounds like it might be doable on the 7x12. I could even pull the inboard bags off the 2 front bikes to make room for the 3rd bike in the middle... I thnk I'll give it a go and see if they'll fit.
