When I used to smoke, I would never toss my butt onto the ground...I always waited until I passed a cage with an open window.j/k
Used to field strip and put back in my package. One time I never quite got it out and a few minutes later began to get this burning sensation below my left nipple and the smell of something not quite as it should have been.

I'm still too nervous to take my left hand off the bars yet lol besides it isn't my bike that I ride so I have to be a lot more careful about dumping it

That's what Gold Wings are for.
I used to smoke and ride, but I was lighting-up one time and I got something hot in my eye and missed a few days of work. Although I'm reluctant to say that because the grannies will scream that smoking can make you blind. Especially if you have hairy palms and ride a Gold Wing.

I'm a chain smoker,if I stop for one,I light another when I pull back on the road,stays lit at any speed.At about 60 you can get a half a butt down in one drag,reminds me of the old "shotgun" we used to do with those funny cigs.
