Default Highway pegs

I ride an 08 ultra and I am at most 5'7", I ride about 16k a year and am considering highway pegs although my ride is very comfortable. Any suggestions as to the best highway pegs for me.

I have the HD360s and they work well for me at 5'8". They're adjustable about 4" either way.

I am 5' 9" and wife is 5' 7". I have the 360 deg mounts and she has the regular type.

IMO the pegs are pure choice of what you like. Would highly suggest you get mounts however that can extend back and are adjustable.

Get the 360s. The adjustability makes them so worthwhile.

I have the 360 mounts as well. The wide range of adjustability is both a benefit and a curse. I tinker with the adjustment after almost every ride. I am sure I will find the sweet spot eventually.

I went with built in pegs on my highway bars but I am six foot tall. Word of advice---do not use your pegs after dark or in heavy traffic. Nothing more stupid then a dumbass that can't reach his rear brake without uncoiling off of his highway bars or highway pegs. Long story but I was riding like a dumbass with my feet on the pegs and one hand on the handle bars when a raccoon decided to commit suicide by crossing four lanes of traffic at night. I baled for the brakes and grabbed the other grip in time to barely miss the raccoon with a front tire. My reaction time was slower then what I am comfortable with.

Go for the 360's if you're under 6' (IMO)

a lot of folks recommending the 360s. i'm gonna be contrary and say go with the long adjustable hwy pegs. they are a little longer than the 360s and still have a bazillion ways that you can adjust them. i'm short. 5'4", so i have them set so that i can use them to rest my toes on, while my heels are on the floorboards. my legs are not long enough to fully reach them. the 360s are worse (for me).
