Default Deuce or Thunder Mountain

I just sold my street rod and have some extra money. There are 2 bikes that have really caught my eye. I already have the 2 bikes in my signature, just want something for just myself to ride without the old lady. Want something reliable and comfortable.

2006 Thunder Mountain Keystone 2700 miles, 103se, 6spd, 300 tire, twisted forks, spotless $16,000

2007 Deuce, black, 2900 miles, pipes, grips, pegs, 96ci, 6 spd, spotless, $12,000

These prices are the minimun that will be accepted.

Dont know which one.
The chopper is cool looking but everyone I have seen that has had a chopper seems to have them for a year or so then get another HD.

The TMC is basically a HD motor with a lot of 3rd party pieces parts. TMC is no longer in business so trying to get parts (or least find out who made the originals) may be a problem.

At least the Deuce is pretty much all HD except for the misc things you mentioned.

One last thing to consider, the TMC seat is about as comfortable as a church pew.

But the Keystone choppers sure look COOL!

You say you're looking for reliability and comfort. The odds are you will have better reliability with the Deuce, but to decide comfort you have to ride each one. If what you really want is something cool then go with the chopper, but you can also do some pretty cool stuff to the HD.

Very good price for the deuce. I just pick up a 2005 with 2600 miles for $10'000 and was very happy. If I saw that 07 for $12000 3 weeks ago I would have looked at it . I'm only in New Jersey.

go with the duece, the chopper is ugly.

plus the deuce isn't made anymore and you can chop it, bob it, or leave it as stock as you want.
