I see no purpose to go overkill with this. My yard in Florida is good size, but the one in Jersey (a waterfront) is a postage stamp. If I felt like I could get 3 on the 6 x12 I might give it a go. I sure as hell am not buying an enclosed trailer for transporting down the road 17 hours, and I don't need another junk collector in my yard. A little soap and water and the bike washes right up.

I made this little 1000lb boat trailer into a temporary bike trailer for a 1000 mile trip I did where I needed to have the truck too, it worked perfectly, no bounce, no sway.

Wow!!!, I've seen more than a couple of those flipped over on the side of the road from people transporting heavy bikes on them. Those little wheels and overheated bearings don't do well hauling touring bikes. I don't think I would press my luck with that rig. To each his own.

On my 6 X 10 I've hauled two bikes and had my GF's sporty in the bed of the truck pulling that trailer. No problems other than my F150 6 cylinder motor didn't like pulling that much weight. And the other drivers on the road didn't like my truck doing 40 mph up hills (foot to the floor, that's all it could do).

Just a word of advice about bikes on open trailers. Buddy here transported his EGC on a open trailer from here to Florida and then back here. This spring he started to have a few electrical issues. Come to find out tha alot of his electrical connections were corroded all to hell, probabily from road salt residue. He gave the bike a thorough wash when he got to FLA., and also did the same thing when he got back here. Unfortunately the dust created for road salt accumulation, even on a dry road gets into everything and washing dose't get it all out. Food for thought when considering buying open as opposed to closed trailer.

I pulled that rig behind my Tahoe at 75-80 all day long, bearings never got hot, rode steady as a rock. Better than I anticipated

Yeah, the dealer told me that I had corroision issues on the blue RK in the pict I posted too. Told me I was using too much pressure when I washed it with a garden hose...

No BS chief, saw it on the way to Daytona. I really couldn't care less if you believe me or not. Seeing one of them upside down with a bike still strapped on and the other bike that looked like it barrel rolled a few times just made me wonder why someone would put a $15,000 bike on a crappy $150 trailer. Ignorance is bliss.
