Glad your okay and you provide proof to what I always believe. Bikers always help bikers. Seen it---done it. Most of us that ride have at one time or another gone into a curve too hot. Slow down before you get hurt. I tell myself that all the time.

I talked to my belle Michelle at South Side earlier this week when I bought a new helmet. She's putting the word out for me.

Very cool story. Glad you were basically unharmed and the bike sounds just a little worse for wear. Thanks also, to those that stopped and assisted. Here in Florida lately we've seemed to have a real issue with hit and runs. Two teenage brothers were hit the other morning on their way to school. One didn't make it. I just don't understand this attitude of not stopping to at least ask if someone needs assistance. If they don't and wave you on that's fine, it took what 30 seconds out of your obviously very time-sensitive day to determine that? I agree with everyone else's sentiment on the board too. They don't expect any compensation, although that's a very generous and considerate offer on your part. They did it because a fellow biker and human being needed help. Next time you can do something similar, answer the call. That'll be repayment plenty. Hope you're back on the road soon.
