I rewind electric motors for a living. This old shop has no three phase power in it so I use the gen set to test run them. We have 5.5 acres south of town and will be building a new shop within two years so I don’t want to spend the 10 grand the PUD wants for three phase here. That’s an International U450 six cylinder running it.

It's beautifully done with great care and craftsmanship, I've just never been a fan of those big extended fishtails but, each to his own so ride her for many safe and enjoyable miles. You did a nice job making her yours.

Anyway let’s see your changes.
I like the before way better. No offense. Noname

[QUOTE=GMbagger;7509650]What's with the pipes sticking a foot behind the bike?[/QUO

I got quite a kick out of this post dude. No really I’m still laughing.

It’s that old school southern California look. If you look back or knew some of the old school guys you’d find some that run the long tails. They would also take a clamp and smash the ends together for better back pressure. Fishtails are the worst for performance. Another thing you’ll see is a wide white wall tire on the rear and a black wall on the front. A lot of times they removed the front fender.

Anyway I’m going to do one someday that has the fishtails on one side and just behind the transmission then do about a 45% turn upward and end just behind the passengers ears. That’s the older ladies that always lean in when you speek.
