Nope. Lone wolf did not buy the Kennewick store. Just the Spokane store, and I believe the inventory of the Lewiston dealer. I agree they are awesome in Coeur D Alene, but the Spokane store still sucks. IMO
That blows then!! I've never been to the Spokane store. To bad Lone Wolf couldn't get the quality at their Spokane store. But then again they might of got lucky with their people at Lone Wolf. It's tough to find quality people these days!!

Yeah I went to the store in Coeur D Alene when Shumate first closed down. The parts guy spent almost an hour with me showing me the different options available for some highway pegs. Real Helpful. I also had some warranty work dont and the service dept was very accommodating. Nice store with a very friendly staff. When they bought Spokane I though great. But the couple times I went to Spokane the parts guy seems to still have the Shumate attitude and not very friendly. Maybe and ex Shumate guy. Or pissed he got transferred to Spokane....idk. Service seems like they are still trying to figure out whats going on. It's OK though. It gives me a reason to ride to Coeur D Alene once in a while

The parts guys in Lewiston were cool and the guy that sold me my bike, but the GM and the service manager were crap!! Service mgr portrayed that he didn't know a damn thing about Harley's. When you asked him a question he pretty much had no answer to anything. Hopefully they didn't make it over there, but I heard Spokane and Kenn had it worse. You know they have to suck at life when they are snooping the internet for people down talking their dealership because I was venting at how shitty their service department was with my bike. Fuel pump went out. I told them it was the fuel pump and it still took them 3 weeks to "troubleshoot" to tell me it was the fuel pump. They had my bike for 6 weeks, if it wasn't warranty work I def would have done it myself, but the bike was only 2 months old. Well anyways I bitched about here on the forum and it got back to the GM who knew who I was and knew I was friends with the guy that sold me my bike and played a little cat & mouse game putting my buddy in the middle saying they need to fix his friend (me). Well I wrote a letter explaining myself and having to cover my buddy, but once they shut down the Lewiston store (as carma would have it) I got a survey from HD for the new owners asking about Lewiston's employees. I praised parts and my buddy, but ripped everybody else to shreds. I don't know if it made it to the new owners, but it was some douche that sits in an office upstairs at the Kenniwick Shumate that found it and threw it out there.
Doesn't Moses Lake have a dealer? I keep seeing a sign of I90 when I go through.
That's probably the Power Sports place. They're metric, Kawasaki and Yamaha I think. They do have some helmets, gloves and a bit of leather stuff though. There's also a small indie shop called Desert Thunder that has some biker stuff and will do a bit of mechanical work.
The owners of LoneWolf are opening the Lewiston store back up. That is what the owner told me a couple of weeks ago when I was there. The worst experience I have ever had at a HD was in Schumates in Kennewick. I **** you not I was looking around in the store and a worker came up to me and told me if I did not purchase something I had to leave. I thought he was being funny and joking and started to laugh and he said "I am serious either purchase something or leave". I could not believe it. I left and my wife who was waiting the car said "that was quick" and I she about died when I told her I got kicked out.
