Why is the first post second, and second post first on the new threads?

That has been happening a lot lately. In fact, often the times are wrong, in that the site has its clock about 3 minutes too fast.

My time is way off it says you posted at 2 pm it is 8 am....

It won't fix the post out of sequence problem, but you can probably fix the above issue by going to your User CP, then Edit Options, and then setting your Time Zone down at the bottom of the page.
