Not sure about where you live, but here it is against the law to kill another motorist, whether it's in a bike, car, truck, or whatever.
The problem is the punishment does not fit the crime.
To many courts consider vehicular homicide a "ooops" kind of crime, not the murder it really is.
Works for cars and bikes both.
If people got 20 years and a day on a chain gang for killing someone because of their error, I bet people would start paying attention..if not, we'd at least get many of them off the roads..imho

All I can think of is the kid came over to me, while I'm lying on the ground and said, "Sorry I didn't see you". All I told him was, you believe in miracles, before he could answer I told him that God gave back your sight!
