Fuel Pump will not prime
2008 Road King - Fuel Pump w/n prime I just replaced the battery (3 yrs old and I thought was going bad)
Figure has to be the fuel pump fuse or the fuel pump relay based upon other posts.
Never worked on Harley before.
Where is the fuse box and fuel pump relay physically located.
Not near bike right now.

The early 08's were the only ones with the fuel filter shell issue. If you've ever brought it into the dealer for service and yours was an affected VIN then they would have/should have caught it. The fuses are under the left side cover.

Could be a good idea to get a HD repair manual specific for your bike. As others have stated some HD's had pump problems those years. As stated above you should hear the pump ramp up. I can't describe the noise but I recognize it when I power up the bike.
