Go with something like a 7x16 tandem enclosed with the ramp and side door. Tandem pulls well and this size usually has internal dome light and electric brakes. Side door is also key (in my opinion) and that size should be perfect for flexibility in loading the two vehicles along with some other stuff.

edit: Maybe a bit longer, I don't have a good mental picture of a golf cart's length dimension

Well the first question would be, how many members are there in your MC? Then you will need their total weight. Will your MC members be moving around while your are trailering them, or can you expect them to sit still? Are they going to have their motorcycles with them while you are trailering them? Oh and do you expect to have refreshments like beer for your MC available in the trailer or are you planning stops? You also have to make provisions for your MC having to use the restroom during the trip. All that considered, I would say you should probably tell your MC they would be better served riding their bikes to events rather than having your haul them.

A 7x14 dual axle with electric brakes would do the job. Ramp door, side door, "V" nose, round top rather than flat. You should measure the total height of the golf cart and then add height to the trailer if needed. Run E-track on the floor bolted to the cross members. Make sure you get a "wide track" version and you will not have wheel wells inside the trailer but the overall width will be close to 102". A buddy of mine ordered his with a checker board floor pattern. Between his trike, ATV, and other stuff the floor has taken a beating. Mine has aluminum treadplate floor surface (.063) over 3/4" plywood.
