Please Define/Explain These Terms
What do people mean when the use the terms "poser" and "RUB" (sp?) on this forum?

Poser - someone pretending to be something they are not.
I will not even attempt any definition, if there are 2000 members on here right now there are probably 2000 definitions. Highly volatile terms, threads rarely end well when used. Hopefully as you read through threads this will allow you to get the gist.

rub or poser - used for anyone "you" don't respect or who "you" think isn't as "cool" as "you" are
of course this is regardless whether that person gives a sh*t what "you" think of them
(by "you" in the above, I'm only referring to whatever person happens to use the term)

Yes, that is one of many definitions and a very often heard one. I hate to be a "use the search" guy but if you go to the General B/S chat there is a mild one on posers right now. If you have a couple of days, use search in the B/S section and type in poser.
Personally I would keep it simple and follow Blargh's definition above.
