I recommend getting deer skin gloves, gauntlet if you plan on using them in cold or even cool weather. I use jersey gloves as liners and they are warm enough.
IMO gloves are something I would not buy online. I have to try them on to really know if they fit right.

I have never been much into gloves, but sometimes I really need to wear them because of the temps. I recently bought these and I am really suprised on how much I like them.

On a side note, sometimes I wear my sons batting gloves, really get the job done and they are not bulky at all.

I have been using Bionic Gloves for years. They are designed by a leading Orthopedic Hand Surgeon and are very well made. I don't think you will find a more comfortable, better fitting glove on the market. Plus they have them in my size, XXXL.
